At NØRD Sunglasses, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

 

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • - In the original packaging with all accessories included (pouch, cleaning cloth, box)
  • - Accompanied by proof of purchase

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or worn
  • - Items without original packaging
  • - Sale items (unless defective)

HOW TO RETURN

 

  1. Email us at hello@nordeyes.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. 2. We will send you a return authorization and instructions
  3. 3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. 4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

EXCHANGES

 

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at hello@nordeyes.com.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@nordeyes.com with photos of the item and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
