If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.


🕒 Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging (including case, box, and any accessories).

  • You must include a proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

💰 Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • The refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the item is damaged or not in its original condition, only a partial refund may be granted.


🚚 Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If the return is due to a product defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.


❗️Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
