You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be returned in its original packaging (including case, box, and any accessories).
You must include a proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
The refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item is damaged or not in its original condition, only a partial refund may be granted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If the return is due to a product defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
