Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with NØRD Sunglasses. Below you'll find all the information about our shipping process.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 399 kr within Denmark.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping (Denmark): 2-4 business days
International Shipping: 5-10 business days
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship with GLS and PostNord. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@nordeyes.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve the issue promptly.
